The Swale Singers
The Swale Singers are very pleased to be making Reeth Memorial Hall our regular rehearsal venue. We are a choir of some 40 members mostly from Swaledale and Wensleydale, who meet regularly to make music and rehearse for concerts, often for charitable causes, and also for the Swaledale Festival. We welcome all comers, whether you are already a seasoned singer, or you’re looking to make a comeback to a choir, or you are new to the Dales (a good way to make about forty new friends) or you just fancy having a good sing for a couple of hours most weeks. With our new musical director, Peter Stallworthy, it really is an exciting time to join us and get as much pleasure as we do from singing together every Sunday afternoon from 3 – 5pm.
This term we are rehearsing Brahms’ German Requiem for our Festival concert, and we shall be starting on February 3rd.
Do get in touch if you would like to come along and see if you like us. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
