The rooms may be hired separately or together and hire charges include the use of the kitchen. Wall lights in both rooms add atmosphere to evening social events.

There is full disabled access into the building and an accessible WC opens off the entrance lobby. Ladies and gents WCs and a small cloakroom are located off the main hall. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for the benefit of hall users but availability and connectivity cannot be guaranteed.

The main hall seats up to 120 on stacking chairs and has a curtained stage at one end. There is ample room to set out trestle tables and chairs for a variety of events from sales to quiz nights. A number of smaller tables suitable for parties are also available.

Audio Visual equipment available for use in the main hall includes an installed sound system with both radio and lead microphones, and a bluetooth receiver for audio playback from laptop, tablet or smartphone.

A hearing loop for use with T-position hearing aids has also been added for users who benefit from hearing support.


There is a large projection screen and data projector which can be set up and connected to your laptop to support talks, presentations or events such as quiz nights.

Demonstration of the above or familiarisation training in its use can be arranged. To find out more or discuss your needs please contact the Booking Secretary.
The Hall has also been used  for several parties and wedding receptions.

​The Supper Room

 The Supper Room seats up to 30 and has a serving hatch to the kitchen; ideal for smaller meetings or for serving food and drink.

The Kitchen

Compact but well equipped kitchen, including fridge, electric cooker with halogen hob, and use of a warming cabinet in the Supper Room.
