The Hall is a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. It is used regularly by many local groups and is available for private hire for functions, children’s parties, fund raising events etc. It is used as a base by the Swaledale Marathon, hosts performances during the Swaledale Festival and can be hired for weekend conferences and day courses or for craft fairs. The Memorial Hall is a Registered Charity No:523402
Regular users range from the Babies & Toddlers Group to the Luncheon Club, from Fitness classes to Dance. The Hall is home to Reeth Brass Band and is also used by local schools and Reeth Artyfacts for their productions, as well as occasionally by the local archaeology group, SWAAG.

The Management Committee hold regular music, drama and social events to raise money for improvements to the building and its ongoing upkeep. Individuals and groups also hire the building to raise funds for a variety of good causes.
Coming up in the near future are an opportunity to hear about local support for refugees on Teesside, plus the chance to take part in a free pottery workshop or to spend an afternoon singing 'The Messiah' to raise money for a good cause. .
